The ground floor condo with a turn key is tastefully furnished and decorated. A wall mounted air condition unit keeps it cool and there is a glass sliding door off the living room which leads out to an 85 sq ft covered lanai that faces beautiful gardens and a gated pool area with hot tub, showers, rest rooms, gas barbecue, community kitchen, picnic area and mail boxes.

Cool tile flooring greet your feet as you enter the condo, with tiles in the galley kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher to make clean up fast and easy. It's great location is close to the beach, grocery store, post office, restaurants and sunsets. The laundry room for building is conveniently located right next to the condo.

ACCOMMODATION

This beautiful one bedroom, one bath Maui condo is like home away from home. It is located in the heart of Kihei, away from traffic noise, just across the street from the beach. It overlooks a very quiet, tropical courtyard that leads to a great pool, jacuzzi and covered barbecue area.

AMENTIES

There is a hide-a-bed in the living room and easily sleeps four with lots of comfortable seating. A television, VCR and radio with compact disc player are there for your entertainment, as well as wi-fi. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, blender, rice cooker and toaster. If you need to do laundry while you’re visiting, it’s located conveniently just outside your front door. You can walk a short distance to the grocery store, post office, restaurants, church, and of course, the beach. Enjoy a morning swim in the ocean or take in Maui’s spectacular sunsets without having to get in your car.

My husband and I just returned from an eleven day trip to Maui I must say, the minute you walk in, you can feel the aloha spirit! The accommodations were beyond what we expected. We instantly felt right at home. It even came with a rice cooker! Awesome coming from a former local girl! :-) The condo was not only comfortable, but so conveniently located to a major grocery store, as well as a few dining spots. The beach was a short walk away and offered privacy and beautiful sunsets. We plan on going back in October and definitely want to stay at Kihei Estates,. As they say in Hawaii, " No Ka Oi"!

Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Get this one while you can

If you need a review to make up your mind, hopefully this helps. We arrived to find a very nice place, well kept, and full of everything you need for your trip. Inside were beach towels, chairs, and various other things to make your stay comfortable. This place is in a perfect location; there is a grocery store (about a 2 minute walk away), and many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. There is a pool, hot tub, and BBQ out back - we used these every night. There is a washer and dryer available within the building, which was literally 10 steps from the front door. The unit is on the first floor, which is nice. When we come back, this is the place we are going to use first because of the good price, location, and comfort. We did a lot of research and read a ton of reviews, and after careful consideration, we felt (and still feel) we made a great choice. To sum it up: you can't go wrong renting this place.

Secret gem amongst many....

I chose this rental unit for my inlaws basically for the location and the size/price value. This one bedroom unit was close to everything, This unit fit the bill 100%. This unit had everything including a wi-fi system. Lots of space for two and literally 30 steps to the pool. The complex is quiet, the pool is heated, and there's a super market right next door- but you'd never know it was there. The other people in the complex were friendly and shared thier information on what to do and where to go on Maui. The complex was 1/2 a block from the beach where my wife went walking every morning and we watched several sunsets at night, with hardly anyone around us. Had a great time there and will hopefully use this unit again.

This family really thinks of everything! The best part was the boogie board and beach chairs, towels and full dinner-ware. Very nice place and also full of friendly neighbors. Felt safe and location to the ocean was awesome (less than a block away). Saw tons of whales and loved the unit. We stayed at the Maui Coast Hotel & Westin Last year and we would rather have this unit over those two awesome hotels due to location and convenience for all the amenities in the Unit

Better than a resort!!

We have stayed at many different resorts on the island since the late 80"s. This is my favorite!! It feels like home. Every breakfast and dinner we ate on the lanai. Just like home. The condo was in very nice shape. All the appliances worked very well. As our stay ended, I didn't want to go. This is the best kept secret on Maui!!! Thanks for a great time!!

We first walked in, and were surprised by the understated elegance. Within five minutes we were totally in love with this property and would come here any time. The photos show it well, but it does sit away a bit from the pool... this isn't a bad thing. The pool is close, but there's no noise and the neighbors are incredible. The property was well-maintained, and it was a wonderful, secluded getaway for us. I would recommend this property to anyone I know. We simply couldn't get over how great it was as the week went on.

Best kept secret - absolutely!

This unit is a fantastic place to stay! This one bedroom condo afforded us all the luxuries of home. We loved the king sized bed, easy walk out to the pool, great beach for long beautiful walks, fabulous sunsets, free long distance and email and everything you might need is available. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are beach chairs and snorkel equipment, travel books on Maui galore and you are steps away from shopping and restaurants. We loved our time there and highly recommend this condo.
